Swallow Megalis-10 Tablet 4's as a whole with a glass of water; do not crush, chew or break the tablet. You are advised to take Megalis-10 Tablet 4's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in legs and arms, nasal congestion, indigestion, and facial flushing.
